During a tour of Monticello Monday, President Obama broke protocol, escorting French president Francois Hollande outside and joking, “That’s the good thing as a president, I can do whatever I want.”
Earlier in the day, Obama had demonstrated his power to do whatever he wants by delaying yet another part of the Obamacare implementation.
