One year removed, Alabamians remember devastating storms

On April 27, 2011, hundreds of devastating tornadoes ripped through many parts of Alabama. Today, many residents of the state took part in commemorating the tragic event. Nearly 250 Alabamians lost their lives as a result of the storms.
