Palin: Pelosi is a ‘dingbat’; Libs: I know you are, but what am I?

On Sean Hannity’s Fox News program Friday night, he played a clip of Nancy Pelosi ducking when asked if the individual mandate in Obamacare constitutes a tax. Sarah Palin responded by calling the House minority leader a “dingbat.”

The Left, of course, needed smelling salts almost immediately. Poor, fragile Princess Nancy. It’s like the time someone slipped a pea under her mattress!

Low rent. Classless. Tacky. RT @ChelseaOlver Watching @SarahPalinUSA call Nancy Pelosi a dingbat has been the highlight of this awful week.

the state of RW "debate"; #sarahwho RT @politicalwire: Sarah Palin channels Archie Bunker: "Nancy Pelosi is a dingbat"

— Eric Boehlert (@EricBoehlert) June 30, 2012

We’re sure Media Matters monkey Eric Boehlert freaked out about the state of left-wing debate when former Florida Rep. Alan Grayson called Palin a “wild Alaskan dingbat.”

Sarah Palin is still living rent-free in progressives’ heads. And it’s awfully damp and musty in there.

@25thcenturygirl She also called Pelosi a 'dingbat'. She must have been looking in the mirror when she thought of that one! #Palin

I gotta hand it to Sarah Palin. Despite never taking the office of VP she still managed to be the Dan Quayle of our time. #Potatoe #Dingbat

— Scott Lorenzo (@TheScottLorenzo) June 30, 2012

@TellyStern You quoted Palin talking about Pelosi and calling her a dingbat. Since Palin is one I found it funny, Pot/kettle

— Carol Warady (@carolw) June 30, 2012

@SarahPalinUSA says "Nancy Pelosi is a dingbat." That's high praise coming from the Grand Wizard of dingbats. #Youknowitstrue

— Chris Pyburn (@CpyburnDC) June 30, 2012

And of course, still desperate for relevance, Keith Olbermann had to weigh in:

Per @mmfa, @SarahPalinUSA called Nancy Pelosi a "dingbat." This would be funny, except that the rest of us call Palin "a trivia answer."

— Keith Olbermann (@KeithOlbermann) June 30, 2012

If these progressives had a leg to stand on, they’d explain why it’s not dingbat-ish to claim it doesn’t matter whether the individual mandate constitutes a tax. Instead, they babble, “Pot! Kettle! You’re a dum-dum head!” All while attributing Tina Fey lines to Sarah Palin.

Up next, pratfalls.
