Toronto Mayor Rob Ford will not continue his bid for re-election following the discovery of a tumor in his abdomen:

Biopsy results on the tumor are due back in about one week. We wish Mr. Ford all the best.

There will, however, still be a Ford in the running, because Rob Ford’s brother Doug Ford has filed papers to join the race:
